On January 21st, three local high schools came together at Bohn’s restaurant to build emergency supply kits together and celebrate the creation of their Student Emergency Response Teams (SERTs). There were 28 total participants coming from Oakfield-Alabama HS, Batavia HS and Byron-Bergen HS. The students planned upcoming events for the program, celebrated what they have done to date, and shared their respective school’s activities. It was a great event; it both energized the three groups and pushed these students forward! Please enjoy a few pictures of the evening’s activities!
